
Robert Fontana has served as TAG’s Chief Executive Officer since he founded the company in 1998.

Under his leadership, TAG has become one of the largest and fastest-growing healthcare support organizations in the U.S. TAG now supports more than 1,000 health and wellness offices across 45 states. The company operates today in three distinct categories: Dental care, urgent care, and medical aesthetics represented by the Aspen Dental, ClearChoice, WellNow and Chapter brands.

With a unique grasp of the intersection between retail and healthcare, Bob has pioneered an operating model that breaks down barriers to care and puts patients at the center of everything, giving patients more choice, greater value and better access to care. Equally as important is his commitment to partnering with talented healthcare professionals and giving them the support, development and network they need to build thriving practices.

Bob has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry. He is a founding member of the Association of Dental Support Organizations, an international consortium comprised of dental service organizations throughout the U.S., Australia and Canada, and continues to serve on its board. Since 2010, he has served on the board of the National Veterinary Association, and previously served on the board of MedExpress Urgent Care, a national leader in delivering fast, affordable, high-quality care for those seeking medical treatment for illness and injury.

Bob received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Management from the State University of New York at Potsdam.

Erich joined TAG as VP-Finance in 2018 and was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2023.  Erich’s core responsibilities include oversight of the core Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions across each TAG brand as well as operational planning, internal consulting, and practice ownership programs. 
 
During his time at TAG, Erich has helped build a strong FP&A and Analytics capability at Aspen as well as led efforts to engage practice owners across both Aspen and Clear Choice on strategic planning and ownership programs.  Prior to taking on the role of COO, Erich also served as interim CFO for the Clear Choice business.  
 
Prior to joining TAG, Erich spent over 16 years at Walgreens Boots Alliance serving in a variety of Finance, Strategy, and Business Transformation roles.  Most recently at Walgreens, Erich served as VP of Business Transformation helping to drive strategic change on behalf of the Walgreens CEO.  Erich holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Depaul University.

Ash ElDifrawi joined TAG in 2020 and is responsible for all aspects of marketing and customer experience for Aspen Dental and its associated team of brands.

Prior to joining TAG, Ash held the same title at Redbox, the $1B+ US leader in Movie and Game rentals and streaming. Under his leadership, Redbox launched a new streaming service, developed a new loyalty program with 35 million members and built a new digital platform to support 42,000 locations.

Ash also served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Gogo, the world’s leading provider of in-flight connectivity and wireless entertainment; and CMO of Hayneedle, an online mass retailer of home & living products that was recently sold to Walmart. Ash received his bachelor’s degree in Biology and master’s degree in Social Science from the University of Chicago and holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Psychology.

Jon Randall joined the organization as TAG’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) in April 2024 and is responsible for leading  TAG’s internal technology including overarching cloud infrastructure, applications, and services strategy, and information security.

Jon brings more than 25 years of experience in technology and digital initiatives across the retail, travel, and media industries. Prior to joining TAG, he served as CIO for Saks Off 5th, where he was responsible for strategy, architecture and delivery of technology solutions that supported digital, store, and omni transformation of this $1.5B retailer.

Prior to that, Jon was SVP, Technology & Technology Finance for Hudson’s Bay Company, which includes Saks, Saks Off 5th, Lord & Taylor, and Hudson’s Bay, with accountability for the overall technology, finance operations, project management office, and quality assurance.

Alex joined TAG as SVP-Finance in 2017 and was  been promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2019.  Alex is responsible for all finance and accounting functions and oversees forecasting and budgeting; analytics; procurement and patient financing.

During his time at TAG, Alex has enhanced financial reporting to doctors as well as throughout the organization; built out and strengthened the Financial Planning and Analysis and Procurement teams; drove significant expense savings over time. 

Prior to joining TAG, Alex was CFO at Mattress Firm and spent close to a decade in investment banking.  Alex holds a B.S. in business administration and economics with a concentration in finance from Carnegie Melon University.

Dr. Arwinder Judge is Chief Clinical Officer of Aspen Dental, where he’s responsible for developing, implementing, and leading programs that support the dentists who own and operate Aspen Dental branded practices. 

He serves as a clinical liaison to nearly 1,200 dentists across the country, providing professional development, support and mentorship to dentists at various stages of their careers - from recruiting and onboarding new dentists to experienced professionals looking to grow their practices. 

Dr. Judge is active as a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Fifth District Dental Society, and Onondaga Dental Association. He was previously a member of Empire Dental Political Action Committee, Indian Dental Association, and Oswego Dental Association. He has also been recognized twice by the New York State Dental Association for his dedication to the profession and patient care. 

Before joining Aspen Dental in 2008, Dr. Judge owned and operated several dental practices as president at East West Management Services. 

He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from New York University College of Dentistry and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta. He also holds a certificate from the Executive Management Program from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.

Melissa Rogne is Rejuv’s President and Founder and has been a skin care professional since 2000. Melissa is known as a pioneer in the aesthetics industry and became one of the first Licensed Medical Aestheticians in North Dakota after graduating from St. Paul Technical College. In 2005 she opened Rejuv. Her vision was to create a unique facility that provides a positive working environment for like-minded colleagues in the aesthetic industry – those that had love and passion for the work they do on a daily basis and for the clients they treat.

Melissa pioneered the region’s aesthetic industry and grew Rejuv to the largest clinic in the Midwest, proudly ranked as an Allergan Top 100 clinic and is a top 250 provider of Botox and dermal fillers, the number one CoolSculpting provider in the midwest, and the number one SilkPeel and Oxygeneo provider in the United States. Rejuv was rebranded as Chapter Aesthetic Studio – and we’ll be coming soon to a location near you.
